So, when we think of “cloud storage,” we think of data sizes that can be accumulated or stored in a place that can be accessed later. The “cloud” was originated in its rough form back in 1961 when the idea was brought out to connect people and machines by going through centralized servers all over the world. They were supposedly “secure,” and the managers of it trusted it (no comment). The amounts of collected and stored data increased very rapidly, so needs for larger storage capabilities increased, too. The demands skyrocketed first with personal computers, and then with cell phones. How much do we really “need”? Well, it depends on who, doesn’t it? Video companies and social media and sports events require incredible amounts of accumulation.

A “cloud” in the sky is something that occurs all over the earth, even over Antarctica. So, it is a common thing that EVERYONE on the planet has seen. Complete overcast is a lot of cloud coverage. Cumulus clouds are spotty with clear skies between. So, stratus clouds can not only suffice for a complete blanket, they are also easy to choose because they are the lowest to the ground (where people are, thereby automatically creating the accessibility vision).

Let’s take a step back, and embrace something that defies logic and human capacity.

1. Each person in the world cannot remember everything that they said or did in life.
2. Each person in the world cannot remember everything that they saw, or every emotion they had, in life.
3. How much audio, visual, touch, every scent, every incredible morsel of food can be recalled?
4. How many military services, hospital visits, family tragedies, celebrations/parties have we had?
5. How much data could possibly accumulate for just ONE person in a life?

Now, think that there are about 8,000,000,000 people in the world. What accumulative data center could possibly hold just the HUMAN portion? Then there are these categories to consider in addition……

• How many kinds of plants are there, and why do they only multiply after their own kind?
• How many kinds of animals are there, and why do they only multiply after their own kind?
• How many kinds of land phenomena occur in perfect order, like tides, earthquakes, gravity, etc.?
• How does the weather change, and why is there perfect order to bring seasons and resiliency?
• How does our tiny planet circle a sun that reaches 10,000° and not burn up?
• How does our tiny planet circle a sun in an elliptical orbit and not fly into the depths of space?
• How do the prayers of each and every human over the centuries NEVER be forgotten?

We sometimes falsely think in our vast intelligence, that somehow we have a cloud to store. Yet we forget that we have a God who has EVERYTHING recorded and stored inside HIM. It will be revealed!

“Lord, thank You for jolting our minds with how awesome You really are!!!  Not only can’t You be compromised; You can’t be deleted, manipulated, corrupted, copied, destroyed, or limited in capacity for every storage ‘bit’ ever made. Because John 1:1-3 summarizes it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
