God has uniquely placed you and me within distinct spheres of influence—networks of colleagues, clients, teams, and communities. Your voice, your attitude, your conduct—all of these have the potential to profoundly shape others. Consider this stewardship of influence not as a mere coincidence, but as a divine assignment carefully entrusted to you by God Himself. Paul emphasizes this intentional living clearly:

“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.” (Ephesians 5:15-16)

Every meeting, email, conversation, and interaction offers a sacred opportunity to shine the transformative power of Christ’s love into workplaces often clouded by anxiety, competition, or conflict. When we choose intentionally to become channels of righteousness, even ordinary workplace moments become holy ground for God’s extraordinary work.

Jesus captured this beautifully:

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much…” (Luke 16:10)
